So, 9pm tonight and Celebrity Big Brother 2009 kicks off. Will the leaked names be correct? Will we have walk outs in the first days? Who'll get cabin fever first? I suppose the leaked list going in is as good as we can hope for - there aren't many, if any, real celebrities who would subject themselves to being watched 24/7 I'm sure.
Who will be fighting for king pin place? I reckon Michelle Heaton and Mutya will be two of those who hope to be the leader. But I wonder too if, because of his higher profile and lower stature, Verne Troyer will carry the crown in much the same way Jermaine Jackson did with people grovelling around him. Latoya Jackson will surely cause a lot of grovelling around her too given her brother and to a lesser degree, her familys fame.
I think Ulrika will probably come over as one of the more intelligent of this years lot, but we will see. Hope she doesn't try to make off with one of the men in there - she has been known to have an eye for the lads after all.
I think Verne Troyer will already be in the house on opening tonight as the stairs going up to the house might be difficult for him to negotiate with dignity. Of course they could parachute him into the garden ...
Some of the tabloids are reporting that one female lined up to enter the house has not passed the psychological test (new this year). It seems she has battled drink and drugs in the past and that her head is still not sorted. I would have thought that would have made her ideal for the mad house that is BB!
Only three and a quarter hours to go and all will be revealed!
